Please note that a small travel fee may apply to locations that are more than 20 miles away from Alameda. Additionally, the client is asked to pay for garage or hotel parking if that is the only nearby parking available.

Prepayment is NOT necessary, but a 50% cancellation fee may apply after the SECOND cancellation that occurs less than 12 hours prior to an appointment.
